SELCRA POLICY

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS - SELCRA strives to provide a safe environment and will cancel a program if a field or weather conditions are unsafe. For outdoor activities, SELCRA reserves the right to determine the best  solution for leagues plagued with many days of bad weather and subsequent cancellations.

SCHOOL CLOSINGS - Our offices are located inside the BECC Building at 125 S. Church St. In the event    Brighton Area Schools are closed SELCRA will be closed, and all indoor/evening activities will be cancelled. When in doubt, please visit www.SELCRA.com or our facebook page for updates.

FACILITIES - Policies for rentals will be sent upon request. All BAS FACILITIES including outdoor fields are scheduled by Brighton Area Schools.

REFUND POLICY - SELCRA will process full refunds for any programs cancelled by our department. All other cancellations  must be made 1 week before the program begins or before the first day of practice for leagues. A $10 fee will be assessed for all refunds. After a program begins, we will only consider a refund with a medical note. A $10 fee will be assessed for checks returned for insufficient funds.
